ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT BACK WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS (MALAYSIA) / 14 WORKING DAYS (OUTSIDE MALAYSIA) OF RECEIVING YOUR PURCHASE.
Dear valued customers, kindly follow the instructions below to return your purchase:
- All returns must be sent back within 7 working days (orders within Malaysia) AND 14 days (orders outside Malaysia) upon receiving your order & it has to be informed to our customer service. We will not allow any exchange/refund if you fail to return the item/s within the stipulated time.
- Sales items is not allow for return or exchange. E.g 0808 Anniversary Sales.
- Promotion item(s) (E.g Early Bird promotion) is allowed for size exchange (except sales items, intimates and free sized items). All Shipping fee during the procedure for size exchange will be borne by customer. A coupon code equivalent to the discounted purchase price of promotion item(s) will be issued.
- Size exchange are not allow for change in design or color. All Shipping fee during the procedure for size exchange will be borne by customer. A coupon code equivalent to the purchase price of item(s) will be issued.
- Size exchange must be done for an item(s) in its original condition (tag attached, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). All items are not to be soaked. If color runs due to this reason, item(s) is strictly not returnable.
- We reserved the right to reject any return item(s) if it does not meet the requirements.
- Size Exchange can only be done once per order.
- Cash refund is allowed only for defect parcels, out of stock and mis-shipment.
- Return parcel for defects, out of stock and mis-shipment will be borne by TLC & tracking number has to be inform to our customer service.
- Customer is responsible for the item(s) until it reaches us and kindly retain all proof of mailing until an acknowledgement has been sent.
- Any used/credited reward points/discount codes for the returned order will be voided and not refundable/re-usable.
We try our best to provide accurate information in our product description for the purchase through website. However, we do not warrant that product description or other content on the website are accurate or error free.
Product might vary slightly from the pictures due to studio lighting conditions, or variances in computer screen calibration and different tech device specifications. Please kindly allow 20% of this color variance. Request for return as defect item due to this reason will be rejected.
Minor variation in measurement (1-3cm) is not considered as defect. There might be 1cm-3cm differences in the measurements given due to the different stretchable quality of the material. Please do check the measurements given in our products and compare with your existing dresses for best fit. Otherwise please contact our customer service to know your best fit.
Minor imperfection (small black dots/ small stain/loose thread below 1cm) which are not obvious and doesn’t affect the whole appearance of item will not considered as defect.
For printed items, the prints may vary in terms of symmetry/alignment/slight color patches for each piece and return due to this reason is not considered as defect.
